| 摘 要： | 本文介绍了家兔、豚鼠、大自鼠及蟾蜍正常离体心电图的基本特征及氯化钾、氯化钙、戊脉安和利多卡因等多种药物对离体心电图的影响。结果表明,离体心电图波形稳定、典型;对药物的反应与体表心电图相似。在描记离体心电图的同时,可同步记录冠脉流量及心肌收缩力的相应改变,因此能更好地反映药物对心脏的作用。离体心电图描记方法简单,结果可靠,是一种较好的研究手段。

| Abstract: | The characteristics of normal isolated ECG of rabbits,quinea-pigs,rats and toads, and their reactions to many kinds of drugs such as kalii chloridum, verapamil, lidocaine,strophanthihumk, etc.are introduced in this paper.The isolated ECGwaves were stable and typical, and similar to that of the body surface ECG in their reactions to many kinds of drugs.At the same time when ECG were recorded, the corresponding changes in the volume of the fluid through the coronary arteries and in myocardial contractivity could also be observed. Isolated ECG is a simple and reliable method.It isworth for recommending. |
