| 摘 要： | 目的:研究脑出血、脑血栓病的发生与血中胆固醇(TC)、甘油三酯(TG)、高密度脂蛋白(HDL C)及低密度脂蛋白(LDL C)水平的关系。方法:采用岛津CL7200全自动生化分析仪检测174例患者血脂,其中脑梗死组76例,脑出血组98例,并与188例的对照组比较。结果:脑梗死组、脑出血组TC、TG显著升高,HDL C及LDL C与对照组比较无明显的差异。脑梗死组、脑出血组病人血脂异常的检出率较高,与对照组之间差异有显著性。结论:血脂异常是脑血管病发病的重要因素之一。

| Abstract: | Objective To study the correlation between the blood lipid level of total cholesterol (TC),triglyceride(TG),Low density lipoprotein(LDL-C),high density lipoprotein(HDL-C) and cerebrovascular diseases.Methods The blood lipid level of 76 patients with cerebral infarction,98patients with cerebral hemorrhage were determined by SHIMADZU CL7200 clinical chemistry analyzer.Results High leverls of TC and TG were found both in patients with cerebral infarction and cerebral hemorrhage.Abnormal incidence rate of blood lipid level of TC and TG in the patients with cerebral infarction and cerebral hemorrhage were higher than controls.Conclusion The research suggests that the abnormal level of blood lipid is one of the important risk factors for cerebrovascular diseases. |
