| 摘 要： | 用小鼠跳台法观察紫河车水煎液对由东莨菪碱及亚硝酸钠所致的小鼠记忆损伤过程的影响，结果显示，紫河车对小鼠记忆学习能力具有明显的改善作用，抗缺氧及负荷游游泳试验结果表明，紫河车可显著提高小鼠的耐缺氧能力，延长负荷游泳时间。

| Abstract: | Random amplified polymorphic DNA( RAPD) isa kind of approach for genetic analysis.Due to its advantages of simplicity,economy and rapidity,RAPD has proved to be useful in a wide variety of applications.In this review,some essential factors that mightaffectthe resultof RAPD,and detection of laboratory animal genetic diversity as well as etiological organism using this analysis are introduced. |
