| Abstract: | In order to know about management situation of full- time accompanying nursing in hospitals in China, it reviewed literatures published openly in recent five years from aspects of generating background, status quo of study and existed problems in full- time accompanying nursing care. It put forward some corresponding management strategies and pointed out development direction of full- time accompanying nursing care in hospitals. |
