| 摘 要： | 34例诊断为贲门失驰缓症者应用Regiflex气囊在内镜下扩张治疗，术后吞咽困难、食后呕吐症状明显好转，治疗后3月、6月及1年复查，疗效达100％，中远期疗效可达97％。表明内镜引导下气囊扩张治疗贲门失驰缓症的方法简单、安全、疗效好，可作为本病的首选治疗方法。

| Abstract: | Balloon dilatation using the Regiflex dilator under endoscope was used to treat 34 patients with cardiac achalasia.X - ray equipment was not required. The treatment was found to be effective in 100 % of the patients and remarkable improvements were observed in the patients' dysphagia, vomiting, and reflux. Thirty four patients were treated 64 times with no serious clinical complications. Endoscope guided balloon dilatation has been shown to be a simple, safe and effective primary treatment for cardiac achalasia. |
