| 摘 要： | 该院在未预防性用止呕药前行腹腔镜胆囊切除术(LC),术后恶心呕吐(PONV)发生率是74.3％。将1996年3～12月期间100例LC患者随机平均分为两组,手术结束麻醉苏醒后A组静脉注射枢复宁4mg,B组肌肉注射灭吐灵10mg,结果A组PONV发生率20％,B组发生率42％(P>0.05)。除二氧化碳人工气腹、气管内麻醉等因素外,内分泌是引起PONY不可忽视的因素。

| Abstract: | In this hospital, the incidence of postoperative nausea and vomiting ( PONV) in patients undergoing laparoscopic cholecystectomy was 74. 3% before the application of a prophylactic antiemetic. From March 1996 to December 1996, 100 patients undergoing laparoscopic cholecystectomy were divided into two groups randomly and studied.Patients in group A were injected with 4mg of Zofran intravenously immediately after post-anaesthesia resuscitation. Patients in group B were injected with 10mg of Meclopramide intramuscularly. The results show that the incidence of PONV was.20% in group A, and 42.0% in group B (P>0.05). In addition to the effects of artificial pneumoperi-toneum of carbon dioxide and general anaesthesia, the endocrine factor is also an important cause of PONV. |
