消化性溃疡患者HP感染与IL—6,IL—8活性的关系

该文研究消化性溃疡患者ＨＰ感染与ＩＬ－６、ＩＬ－８细胞因子的活性及炎症反应的关系。方法；胃镜下，在溃疡周边取胃粘膜组织进行ＨＰ尿素酶反应、病理检查和制备胃粘膜培养液、并用ＥＬＩＳＡ夹心法检测ＩＬ－６、ＩＬ－８活性。结果：消化性溃疡患者ＨＰ感染占８８％，无感染的溃疡患者占１２．５，ＨＰ感染占３８％；ＨＰ感染肝粘膜ＩＬ－６、ＩＬ－８活性均显著高于对照组和ＨＰ阴性组；ＨＰ根除后胃粘膜ＩＬ－６、ＩＬ－８

THE RELATIONSHIP BETWEEN HELICOBACTER PYLORI INFECTION AND IL- 6, IL - 8 ACTIVITY IN PEPTIC ULCERS

The relationship between Helicobacter pylori (HP) infection and the activity and inflammatory reaction of IL6 and IL - 8 cellular factor were studied. An HP urease reaction was carried out, the peptic tissue of gastric mucosa was pathogically examined, gastric mucosa was prepared for supernate, and IL - 6 and IL - 8 activity was detected through an ELISA sandwich. The results are as follows: HP infection was found in 88% of peptic ulcer cases. 38.1 % of the total cases had HP lnfection ( ); IL- 6 and IL - 8 activity levels in peptic ulcer cases with HP infection are obviously higher than in the control group and HP negative group (P < 0. 05), with evident variation (P < 0. 05) before and after radical treatrnent; IL - 6 and IL - 8 activity increased gradually (P< 0. 05) along with HP infestant denslty ( ), ( ) and ( ); there is an obvious variation in the permeation of inflammatory cells ( ), ( ) and ( ) and in IL- 6 and IL - 8 activity in gastric mucosa in the order of ( ) >( ) >( ). It is concluded that IL - 6 and IL - 8 activity and inflammatory activity in gastric mucosa of peptic ulcers increase with the density of HP infection. In addition, the inflammatory reaction that involves IL - 6 and IL - 8 may play an important role in ulcer formation.
