黄芪注射液治疗儿童病毒性心肌炎的疗效观察

目的观察黄芪注射液治疗儿童病毒性心肌炎（VMC）的临床疗效。方法43例VMC患儿随机分为两组，黄芪注射组（观察组）23例，在西药常规治疗的基础上给予黄芪注射液静脉滴注，每日1次；常规治疗组（对照组）仅给予药物常规治疗。疗程均为2周。比较两组治疗前后症状、体征、心电图、心肌损伤指标的变化及不良反应。结果观察组临床总有效率91％，心电图总有效率78％，对照组分别为65％、50％，两组疗效比较差异有统计学意义。结论黄芪注射液治疗儿童VMC有较好的疗效，且不良反应少，值得临床推广应用。

Study of Huangqi injection on children with viral myocarditis

Objective To discuss the curative effect of Huangqi injection on children with VMC. Methods 43 children with VMC were randomly divided into two groups. The treatment group consist of 23 children with VMC was treated with Huangqi injection intravenous dripped once a day for 2 weeks at the base of routine medicine. The control group, consisting of 20 children with VMC was only treated with routine medicine for 2 weeks. To compare the changes of symptom, sign, electrocardiogram, indexes of myoearditis and side effects in the two groups before and after treatment. Results In treatment group, the total effective rate in clinical manifestation was 91%, and 78 % in electrocardiogram, but 65 % and 50 % respectively in control group. There was significant difference between them. Conclusion Huangqi injection has good curative effect on children with VMC, with little side effect. It is worthy to popularize the use of Huangqi injection on children with VMC.
