| 摘 要： | 目的 探讨鼻内窥镜下鼻中隔偏曲成形术术式选择及优越性.方法 对鼻内镜下24例鼻中隔成形术的病例进行回顾性分析.结果 24例术后均取得满意效果,所有病例主观症状消失,无并发症发生.结论 在鼻内镜下手术具有亮度高、视野清晰等优点,术者在术中采用灵活多变的手术方法才能真正达到手术的微创性、精细性和功能性.

| Abstract: | Objective To discuss the advantage of septoplasty under the nasal endoscope. Methods 24 cases of septoplasty under the nasal endoscope were analyzed retrospectively. Results All the cases acquired satisfactory effect, with the fading away of subjective symptom. And no complicated syndrome occurred. Condusion There are some advantages of operation under the nasal endoscope, such as highbrightness and clear visual field. The Minimally invasion1 exactitude and functionality may be achieved by the flexible and changeful operation metheds. |
