| 摘 要： | 目的:分析影响新农合参合居民的就诊单位选择的因素。方法:利用张家港市2008年全市新农合报销清单,采用二项logistic回归模型分析。结果:影响张家港市新农合参合居民的就诊行为的因素有医院服务价格、卫技人员数等。结论:应充分发挥新农合制度的作用,加快乡镇卫生院的建设,以缓解县级医院的压力。

| Abstract: | Objective:To analyze the affecting factors of the hospitalizing behaviors for people in Zhangjiagang who participate in the NRCMS.Methods:The data of the NRCMS compensation information of Zhangjiagang in 2008 were studied with binary logistic regression model.Result:The affecting factors in choosing medical institutions include price of medical services,medical staff,and so on.Conclusion:We should give full play to the role of NRCMS,and accelerate the construction of rural hospitals,in order to alleviate the pressure in county hospitals. |
