医护本科生对精神病病人歧视态度的研究

[目的]调查本科临床医学专业与护理专业毕业班学生对精神病病人的歧视状况。[方法]应用歧视精神病病人评估量表,对广州市某高校本科临床医学专业及护理专业毕业班学生共433人进行问卷调查。[结果]临床医学专业学生量表隔离维度得分及总分均较护理专业学生得分低,两组比较差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。调查对象的生活联系程度与量表总分呈负相关（P〈0.05）。[结论]临床医学专业本科生对精神病病人的歧视程度比护理专业学生轻。医护本科生与病人生活联系越紧密,则歧视程度越轻。

Study on discrimination attitudes of medical and nursing undergraduates to psychiatric patients

Objective：To investigate the discrimination status of graduating students in clinical medicine professional and nursing professional under- graduates to the psychiatric patients. Methods： A total of 433 graduating students in clinical medicine professional and nursing professional under- graduates in a college in Guangzhou City were investigated with question- naire by using the discrimination scale of psychiatric patients. Results： There was statistical significant differences（P〈0.05）in isolation dimen- sion score and total score of the scale between clinical medicine professional undergraduates and nursing professional students. Life contact degree of the objects had negative correlation with the total score of the scale（P〈 0.05）. Conclusion： Compare with the nursing students, medical students has lower degree of discrimination attitude to the psychiatric patients. If medical and nursing students have closer life contact with the psychiatric patients,their discrimination attitude to the patients will be less.
