无锡市13584例企业工人超声体检结果分析

目的探讨超声检查的作用,分析腹腔脏器发病特点及规律。方法回顾性分析2011年13 584例腹腔超声检查结果。结果在13 584例结果中主要疾病检出6 010例,占总数的44.24%;其中脂肪肝检出4 576例,检出率为33.69%;胆囊息肉居第2位,检出率为4.86%;多数疾病随年龄增高而增加,在不同性别与不同企业间发病率差异有统计学意义。结论超声检查能清晰显示器官早期病变,提高疾病检出率,为预防与健康教育提供可靠依据。

Analysis of ultrasonic examination of 13 584 workers in Wuxi City

[Objective]to analyze abdominal viscera characteristics and laws by ultrasonic inspection.[Methods]Retrospective analysis was conducted for abdominal ultrasound examination results of 13 584 workers in 2011.[Results] Of the 13 584 examinees,6 010 were found to have some health problems.The positive finding rate was 44.24%.The fatty liver was on 4 576 cases with the rate of 33.67%,followed by gallbladder polyps with a detection rate of 4.86%.The most disease incidence was increase with age.The significant difference of incidence was found between different genders and different enterprises.[Conclusion]Ultrasound examination can clearly show early disease of organs,which can increase the rate of disease detection,and provide a reliable basis for prevention and health education.
