| 摘 要： | 建立了高效液相色谱法测定硫酸氨基葡萄糖.采用C8色谱柱,以0.05％磷酸(用30％氢氧化钾溶液调至pH 3.0)-乙腈(60∶40)为流动相,检测波长195 nm.氨基葡萄糖在0.01～1.87 mg/ml浓度范围内线性关系良好.同收率为100.4％,RSD为1.81％.

| Abstract: | An HPLC method was established for the determination of glucosamine sulfate.A C8 column was used with the mobile phase of 0.05% phosphoric acid(adjusted to pH 3.0 with 30% potassium hydroxide solution)-acetonitrile(60︰40) at the detection wavelength of 195 nm.The calibration curve of glucosamine was linear in the concentration range of 0.01-1.87 mg/ml.The recovery was 100.4% with RSD of 1.81%. |
