经尿道前列腺分段逐层等离子电切术治疗BPH的探讨（附468例报告）

目的：探讨经尿道前列腺分段逐层等离子电切术治疗BPH患者的安全性和有效性。方法：回顾性分析468例BPH患者行经尿道前列腺分段逐层等离子电切术的临床资料。结果：手术时间平均（72±7．30）min，保留导尿时间平均（5．2±1．35）天，住院时间平均（8±1．3）天，无经尿道电切综合征（TURS）发生。术后IPSS评分及最大尿流率（Qmax）明显改善。结论：经尿道前列腺分段逐层等离子电切术治疗BPH是一种安全、有效的手术方法，易于掌握，值得临床推广应用。

Segmented and Layer by Layer Transurethral Plasmakinetic Electrotomy of the Prostate for BPH (Report of 468 Cases)

Objective：To discuss the safety and efficacy of segmented and layer by layer transurethral plasmakinetic electrotomy of the prostate（TPEP）. Methods： 468 cases of benign prostatic hyperplasia （BPH） performing TPEP were respectively analysed. Results： Mean operation time was （72 ± 7.30） rain, catheterization time （5.2 ±1.35）days, hospital stay （8 ±1.3）days, no transurethral resection syndrome （TURS） was occurred. Three month postoperatively IPSS and Qmax were significant improved. Conclusions： Transurethral plasmakinetic electrotomy of the prostate（TPEP） was safe and efficaious, it is a promising technique in clinical practice.
