腹腔镜下直肠癌根治术保留前列腺支神经的手术体会

【摘要】〓目的〓探讨腹腔镜下直肠癌根治术保留前列腺支对男性性唤起及射精功能的影响。方法〓收集我院2012年1月~2015年10月直肠癌患者80例,所有患者均接受腹腔镜下直肠癌根治术,根据有无保留前列腺支神经进行分组,保留者为观察组,未能保留者为对照组;回顾性分析两组患者临床资料,比较术后性唤起及射精功能恢复情况。结果〓观察组术后性唤起及射精功能障碍与对照组比较差异均有统计学意义(P < 0.05)。结论〓腹腔镜下直肠癌根治术保留前列腺支有利于患者术后及时恢复性唤起及射精功能,提高患者的生存质量,应该在基层医院推广应用。

Laparoscopic radical resection of rectal carcinoma retain prostate nerve be conductive to sexual function after surgery

【Abstract】〓Objectives〓To investigate the effects of laparoscopic rectal carcinoma surgery with pelvic autonomic nerve preservation on the sexual functions of male patients. Methods〓Eighty patients with colorectal cancer were collected and received laparoscopic colorectal cancer resection, tried to keep the prostate nerves. The observation group kept this nerve while the control group not. The postoperative functional recovery of sexual arousal and ejaculation were compared. Results〓The postoperative sexual arousal and ejaculatory dysfunction of observation group were significant differences with the control group(P<0.05). Conclusion〓Laparoscopic rectal carcinoma surgery with pelvic autonomic nerve preservation can effectively alleviate the suffering of patients while improve the life quality of patients, worth of promoting in the primary hospital.
