| 摘 要： | 目的评价药物监护对儿童社区获得性肺炎的疗效。方法纳入500例儿童社区获得性肺炎患儿,随机分为对照组与干预组,每组250例。临床药师对干预组患儿提供全程的药学监护。分别统计两组的用药依从性、药品费用、病原学送检率。结果干预组患儿用药依从性均高于对照组,药品费用低于对照组,病原学送检率高于对照组,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论药学监护能明显提高儿童社区获得性肺炎的治疗效果,提高患儿用药依从性,降低药物费用,提高病原学送检率。

Effect of pharmaceutical care on children with community acquired pneumonia |

| Abstract: | Objective To evaluate the effect of pharmaceutical care on children with community acquired pneumonia ( CAP) . Methods Totally 500 cases of children with CAP were divided into intervention group and control group. Children in intervention group received pharmaceutical care by clinical pharmacist. The medication compliance, drug cost and rate of sample delivering were measured. Results Medication compliance rate and the rate of sample de-livering in intervention group were higher than those of control group (P<0. 05) and drug cost loas lower(P<0. 05). Conclusion Pharmaceutical care can significantly improve the medication compliance and the rate of sample delive-ring and reduce the drug cost. |
