摘    要:目的:检测广州地区沙眼衣原体临床分离菌株对阿奇霉素敏感性及常见耐药基因。方法:收集Mc Coy细胞培养阳性的111株沙眼衣原体临床菌株,PCR法扩增阿奇霉素耐药相关23S rRNA基因、核糖体蛋白L4基因以及L22基因,进行电泳并测序;随机选取46株临床菌株进行阿奇霉素药敏试验。结果:111株沙眼衣原体均未见常见耐药基因突变。46株沙眼衣原体对阿奇霉素最小抑菌浓度(MIC)为0.08~0.32μg/mL,其中MIC_(50)、MIC_(90)分别为0.08μg/mL、0.16μg/mL。结论:广州地区沙眼衣原体临床分离菌株对阿奇霉素敏感且无常见耐药基因突变。

Susceptibility of Clinical Isolates of Chlamydia Trachomatis to Azithromycin and its Resist-ant Genes in Vitro
Abstract:Objective:To detect the sensitivity to Azithromycin and common resistance genes of Chlamydia trachomatis ( CT ) clinical isolates in Guangzhou .Methods: 111 CT clinical isolates cultured by McCoy cell lines were collected .Genes related to azithromycin resistance of the clini-cal isolates, including 23S rRNA gene, ribosomal protein L4 gene and L22 gene, were amplified through polymerase chain reaction and analyzed by agarose gel electrophoresis and sequencing . Sensitivity to azithromycin of the 46 randomly selected clinical isolates was investigated .Results:There were no resistance mutations in the 111 CT.The minimum inhibitory concentration ( MIC) of azithromycin for the 46 Chlamydia trachomatis is 0.08 ~0.32 μg/mL, while MIC50 , MIC90 were 0.08 mg/mL, 0.16μg/mL, respectively.Conclusions:The Chlamydia trachomatis clinical isolates were sensitive to azithromycin and no common resistance mutation in these CT was found in Guangzhou .
