Toll样信号受体介导的脑出血后炎症反应

Inflammatory reaction mediated by Toll-like receptors after cerebral hemorrhage

Objective The mechanism of inflammation plays an important role in the brain injury and potential repairment after brain injury. Various stimulations produced by cerebral hemorrhage promote the progress of inflamma-tion. The compositions of hematoma attract the inflammatory infiltration around the focus by activating microglia,which release pro-inflammatory cytokines and chemokines. Clinical studies have found that inflammatory signaling pathway is involved in the activation of microglia,leukocyte infiltration and activation of Toll-like receptors,etc. In recent years, more and more studies on Toll-like receptors have been done. Some studies have indicated that inflammatory pathways mediated by Toll-like receptors play an important role in tumors,various inflammatory diseases,rheumatic diseases,and diabetes mellitus,etc. In addition,Toll-like receptors are also involved in central nervous system diseases,such as Alzheimer′s disease,stroke,multiple sclerosis,ect. Understanding the relationship between Toll-like receptors and cere-bral hemorrhage has become more and more important in fundamental research and clinical treatment.
