快速康复理念在老年腔镜胃癌手术的应用

【摘要】〓目的〓观察快速康复外科理念(FTS)在老年腔镜胃癌手术的应用效果。方法〓选择2013年1月~2015年2月收治的24例采用快速康复外科理念治疗的老年胃癌患者为观察组,并选择2013年以前24例按传统理念治疗的患者为对照组,比较两组的手术指标、术后恢复情况和并发症发生率。结果〓观察组的麻醉时间、术中输液量、术后进食时间、下床活动时间、肛门排气排便时间、住院时间和住院费用均少于对照组,差异有统计学意义,P<0.05,而两组的手术时间、术中出血量、淋巴结清扫数目和术后并发症发生率比较,差异无统计学意义,P>0.05。结论〓快速康复外科理念应用于老年腔镜胃癌手术安全性好,恢复快,但实施需要有经验的医护人员进行。

The application of fast track surgery in elderly gastric cancer operation by laparoscopy

【Abstract】〓Objective〓To study the value of fast track surgery (FTS) in elderly gastric cancer operation by laparoscopy. Methods〓A total of 24 cases of senile gastric cancer were selected as observation group from January 2013 to February 2015. Another 24 cases were selected as control group which were cured before 2013. All patients underwent radical surgery of gastric cancer and got recovery. The observation group accepted FTS therapy while the contrast group accepted traditional therapy. All patients underwent radical surgery of gastric cancer and sot recovery. The operation condition, postoperative recovery and complications of both groups were compared betwen two groups. Results〓The observation group had less duration of anesthesia, infusion quantity, fasting time, lying in bed tim anal exsufflation time, anus defecate time, hospitalization and cost than control group. There was significance difference between them, P<0.05. But there was no significance difference of operation time, blood loss, lymph nodes and total complication between them, P>0.05. Conclusion〓FTS is fit for perioperative management of senile gastric cancer and worth to clinical expansion.
