珠海市部分公务员健康检查结果

目的探讨珠海市部分公务员健康状况，为预防保健工作提供科学依据。方法对2008年参加健康检查的部分公务员（4006名）所检出各类疾病情况进行汇总分析。结果高胆固醇（36．62％）、高血尿酸血症（33．20％）、超重及肥胖（20．42％）占检出各类疾病的前3位；男性公务员中高尿酸血症、血脂异常、脂肪肝、高血压、血糖代谢紊乱显著高于女性公务员（P〈0．05）；代谢性疾病及心血管疾病的患病年龄呈年轻化趋势，并随着年龄增长而上升。结论代谢综合征、高尿酸血症、脂肪肝在珠海市公务员中发病率较高，应加强公务员的健康教育及健康行为干预，提高公务员健康水平。
