螺旋CT血管造影在诊断肾动脉狭窄中的临床应用

摘    要:目的探讨螺旋CT血管造影(SCTA)在诊断肾动脉狭窄的临床应用价值。方法本组收集60例临床疑有继发性高血压患者行SCTA检查资料并进行多层面重建(MPR)、最大密度投影(MIP)、表面遮盖显示(SSD)、容积再现(VR)四种方法进行血管影像重建。结果60例患者中SCTA显示肾动脉不同程度狭窄的有25例,其中单侧肾动脉狭窄有20例,双侧狭窄有5例。结论SCTA能对肾动脉清楚显示,是诊断肾动脉狭窄的有效方法,基本可以替代有创性的DSA检查,具有很高的临床应用价值。
