中药益康灵与化疗药物联合应用抗肿瘤作用研究

益康灵灌胃给药,同时腹腔注射化疗药物环磷酰胺(CTX)或丝裂霉素(MMC),对小鼠移植性肿瘤的抑瘤率显著高于单用益康灵或CTX及MMC,并能明显降低化疗药物导致小鼠体重下降等毒副作用。益康灵能显著增加被化疗药物抑制后小鼠免疫器官胸腺和脾脏的重量。能提高动物腹腔巨噬细胞吞噬功能和促进血清溶血素的形成。提示益康灵与化疗药物联合应用时,可以增强其抗癌效果,并能减轻化疗毒副反应。机体免疫系统的调控可能是这一作用的重要机理之一。

Anti-tumour Study of Combined Therapy of Yi Kang Ling with Chemotherapeutic Agents

Result of animal experiment proved that Yi Kang Ling, a TCM compound preparation, couldmarkedly inbibit the growth of implanted tumour in mice. The inhibiting effect to the experimentaltumour of combined therapy of Yi Kang Ling and the chemotherapeutic ngents-CTX or MMC wasbetter than that using singly. The Yi Kang Ling could alleviate toxicity of chemotherapy whichcaused the weight loss of mice. It could markedly increase the immune ongans' weight, raise thephagocytosis of abdominal macrophage and promote the formation of serum hemolysin inhibited byCTX. The experimental result revealed that the combined therapy of Yi Kang Ling and thechemotherapeutical agents could enhance anti-tumour effect andlower the toxicity of chemotherapy.T(?)(?)(?)(?)(?)ological experiment showed that the Yi Kang Ling did not have any toxic effect againstorganim.
