摘    要:目的:重视超声技术在地震灾害急危重伤员救治中的应用,提高我国灾害医学救援水平。方法:根据近年来我国历次重大地震医学救援中超声技术对急危重伤员的救治经验,综合分析。结果:超声技术被广泛的运用在历次重大地震灾害的医学救援中,对颅脑外伤、腹部实质脏器损伤以及四肢骨折等急危重伤情的快速甄别发挥了重要的救治作用。结论:超声技术将在地震急危重伤员的科学救援中发挥越来越重要的作用。

Abstract:Objective: The application of ultrasound in the treatment of critically wounded in the earthquake should be pay attention and to improve the rescue level of disaster medicine in China. Method: The data were analyzed according to the experience of ultrasound application in the earthquakes of recent years. Result: Ultrasonic technology has been widely used in recent medical rescue of earthquake disaster and play a key role in the treatment of cerebral trauma,abdominal organ injury,maternal emergency and fractures of limbs. Conclusion: Ultrasonic technology will play an increasingly important role in the scientifically rescue of critical injured in the earthquake.
