1596例院前急救患者疾病谱分析及相关问题研究

目的：了解黄石地区院前急救的主要疾病谱以利于“120”院前急救水平的提高。方法：收集整理2012年全年共1596例院前急救患者的救治资料进行统计学分析。结果：院前急救疾病谱中占前5位的依次为创伤（包括车祸伤）、神经系统疾病（以脑血管病为主）、心血管系统疾病、醉酒，腹痛查因（包括泌尿系结石）。结论：以院前急救患者疾病谱为相关依据，加强院前急救人员的急救培训，更好的提高“i20”院前急救水平。调度指挥中心能根据黄石地区特点，合理配置资源，更好的完善院前急救体系。

Analysis of the disease spectrum in 1 596 cases of pre-hospital emergency care and study on the related problems

Objective：To realize the disease spectrum of pre-hospital emergence care in huangshi area in order to improve the level of pre-hospital emergence care. Method：We collected and analyzed the data of 1 596 pre-hospi tat emergency care patients in the year 2012. Result： The five leading disease among the specrum for pre-hospJtale- mergency care included trauma （including the traffic accident）, diseases of nervous system（mainly cerebral vascular disease）, cardiovascular disease, acute poisoning, abdominal pain （including urinary calculus）. Conclusion： Accord ing to the disease spectrum, medical workers were trained continuously to improve their abilities and these will fur ther improve the level of pre-hospital emergence care. The control center will allocate resources efficiently accord-ing to the characteristic of huangshi area and better improve pre-hospital emergence system.
