不同皮瓣在急诊口腔颌面部软组织缺损修复中的临床分析

目的：对比胸锁乳突肌皮瓣与股前外侧皮瓣在急诊口腔颌面部软组织缺损修复中的临床效果。方法：急诊口腔颌面部软组织缺损患者80例,根据修复方法的不同分为治疗组与对照组各40例,治疗组采用股前外侧皮瓣修复治疗,对照组采用胸锁乳突肌皮瓣修复治疗。结果：所有患者都皮瓣移植成功,治疗组与对照组的治愈率分别为95.0%与80.0%,组间比较差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。随访6个月,治疗组术后皮瓣坏死、感染、吞咽困难、切口裂开等总体并发症发生率明显少于对照组（P〈0.05）。治疗组的复发率为2.5%,而对照组为12.5%,组间比较差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论：股前外侧皮瓣在急诊口腔颌面部软组织缺损修复中的应用能提高治愈效果,减少并发症与复发情况的发生,值得推广应用。

The clinical analysis of different flap in the emergency repair of oral and maxillofacial soft tissue defects

Objective：To compare the clinical effects of different flap in the emergency repair of oral and maxillofacial soft tissue defects.Method：80cases of emergency oral and maxillofacial soft tissue defects accorded to different repair methods were equally divided into treatment group and control group.The treatment group were received anterolateral thigh flap treatment,and the control group were given the sternocleidomastoid flap treatment. Result：All patients were successfully transplanted flap.The cure rates for the treatment group and the control group were 95.0%and 80.0%.There were significant difference between the two groups（P〈0.05）.The flap necrosis,infection,difficulty swallowing,wound dehiscence complication of the treatment group were significantly less than the control group（P〈0.05）.After 6months of followed-up,The recurrence rate of the treatment group was 2.5%,while the control group was 12.5% with significant differences（P〈0.05）.Conclusion：The anterolateral thigh flap in application of emergency repair of oral and maxillofacial soft tissue defects can improve the healing effect,reduce the incidence of complications and recurrence.This treatment is worthy of widely applied.
