| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨瘢痕妊娠清宫术后大出血行子宫动脉化疗栓塞术（UACE）的手术配合及护理。方法：回顾性分析21例瘢痕妊娠患者在清宫术后大出血急诊行子宫动脉化疗栓塞术的临床资料,总结此类手术的术中配合及护理。结果：21例患者均顺利接受了子宫动脉造影及化疗栓塞术,术后阴道出血均完全停止。结论：术中熟练地抢救,恰当地配合和护理是完成子宫动脉栓塞术的关键,可减少或预防术后并发症的发生。

| Abstract: | Objective： To explore the operative cooperation and care of uterine artery chemotherapy embolization（ UACE） for bleeding after scar pregnancy curettage. Method： Clinical records of 21 patients with bleeding after scar pregnancy curettage treated using emergency UACE were retrospective analyzed. The operative cooperation and care of the surgery were summarized. Result： 21 patients received uterine artery chemotherapy embolization successfully. Vaginal bleeding stopped after UACE. Conclusion： Intraoperative skilled rescue,proper cooperation and care were the key of UACE,which was useful to reduce or prevent the occurrence of postoperative complications. |
