摘    要:目的 探讨婴幼儿短时腹腔镜手术安全有效的麻醉方法.方法 选择拟行腹腔镜下疝修补术患儿60例,随机均分为氯胺酮组(K组)、芬太尼加丙泊酚组(F组)、瑞芬太尼加丙泊酚组(R组).K组和R组入室前肌注氯胺酮5mg/kg,然后分别用芬太尼和瑞芬太尼加丙泊酚诱导;F组术前静脉留置套管针,入室前静脉推注丙泊酚1~2mg/kg,然后...

Abstract:Objective To investigate the safe and effective anesthesia method for laparoscopic operation in infants and children.Methods Sixty children undergoing elective laparoscopic repair of inguinal hernia were randomly divided into groups K,F and R(n=20 each).Groups K and R were injected ketamine 5mg/kg preoperatively by muscle,and then induced by fentanyl and remifentanil respectively.Group F was injected propofol 1~2mg/kg in vein,and then induced by fentanyl and propofol.The anesthesia efficacy was compared and the postoperative analepsia time was recorded.Results The blood pressure and heart rate before anesthesia of group F were significantly lower than those of groups K and R(P0.05).The heart rate in 10 minutes after pneumoperitoneum of group F was significantly lower than groups K and R(P0.05).The anesthetic effects of three groups were all satisfying,but the postoperative analepsia time of groups R and F was significantly lower than group K(P0.05).Conclusion Anesthesia using remifentanil and propofol in laparoscopic repair of inguinal hernia for children is safe and effective,and can shorten the postoperative analepsia time.
