带囊导管扩张术治疗良性食管狭窄

目的探讨球囊导管扩张治疗食管良性狭窄的方法和疗效。方法15例食管良性狭窄患者,食管癌术后吻合口狭窄11例,反流性食管炎下段狭窄1例,化学灼伤狭窄1例,贲门失弛缓症1例,食管裂孔疝术后狭窄1例,用球囊导管扩张治疗。结果12例治愈,经过1至28个月的随访保持临床无症状,治疗效果满意。结论本方法安全简单,安全易行又实用,是食管良性狭窄首选的治疗方法．

Ballon catheter dilation in the trectment of benign esophageal stenosis

Objective To evaluate the methods and effect of balloon catheter dilation of benign esophageal stenosis. Methods 15 cases of benign esophcgeal ctenosis patient were inchudal 11 cases had anastomotic stenosis after surgical correction of esophageal carcinoma; one case of reflux esophagitis;one case of esophageal stenosis due to ingestion of caustics; one case of achalasia and one case had esophageal stenosis after esophageal hiatus hernia. Results 12 cases were successful aured after dilation of balloon catheter. There were no esophageal perforation and complications. The satisfactory results maintained from one month to twenty-eight months follow-up. Conclusion Balloon catheter dilation is a simple, safe and reliable method for the treatment of benign esophageal strictures as the first choice.
