| 摘 要： | 应用间接酶联免疫吸附试验法检测５２例尿毒症患者血清中巨细胞病毒特异性ＩｇＭ，ＩｇＡ抗体。结果表明特异性ＩｇＭ，ＩｇＡ抗体阳性率分别为６９．６％和１３．８％，明显高出对照组人群，统计学处理Ｐ〈０．０１，差异非常显著。

| Abstract: | The specific IgM and IgA antibody of the human cytomegalovirus (HCMV) in the sera of 52 uremia patients were detected with ELISA. The positive rate of the IgM and IgA were respectively 69.6% and 13.8%.They were higher than control group (IgM: 12. 5 %, IgA:7. 5%),P <0.01. Meanwhile also found that the positive rate of the HCMV was higher along with the increase quantity and times of the blood transfusion, P<0. 05. The results indicated that the HCMV infection of the uremia patients was related with blood transfusion. |
