冻干骨复合骨髓修复兔桡骨骨缺损的实验研究

摘    要:目的 比较复合自体红骨髓冻干骨和单纯冻干骨对骨缺损的修复能力。方法 制备兔双侧桡骨骨缺损(1.5cm)模型,实验侧(左侧)植入复合自体红骨髓的冻干骨、对照侧植入单纯冻干骨,术后及术后2、4、6、8w行X线和组织学检查。结果 实验组于术后6w、对照组于术后8w,骨缺损修复良好、髓腔基本相通。结论 复合自体红骨髓的冻干骨修复骨缺损的能力优于单纯冻干骨。

Abstract:Objective To compare the ability of the compound of autogenous red marrow and freeze-dried bone with the pure freeze-dried bone in restoration to bone defects.Methods Making the model of rabbit's bone defects in both radius and graft compound of autogenous red marrow and freeze-dried bone in the experiment side (left) and pure freeze-dried bone in the contrast side, then carry out the X-ray and histological examination at the very postoperative and two four six eight weeks after operation.Results After six weeks the restoration to bone defects is well in the experiment groups and the medullary canal has almost reformed while after eight weeks in the contrast groups we get the same result.The ability of the compound of autogenous.Conclusions Red marrow and freeze-dried bone is superior to the ability of pure freeze-dried bone in restoration to bone defects.
