隆鼻手术并发症的剖析及防治

目的为了减少固体硅胶假体隆鼻手术并发症，提高隆鼻手术效果。方法剖析并发症的发生原因，介绍并发症的预防措施及处置办法。结果628例固体硅胶假体隆鼻手术，除正常的局部术后肿胀外，并发局部血肿16例，假体偏斜16例，假体边缘或尖端卷曲4例，排异2例，无假体外露及感染病例。结论根据鼻畸形情况，确定修整部位，选择适宜切口，遵循微创操作，鼻背筋膜下剥离，精细的假体雕刻成形，隆鼻手术并发症明显降低。

Prevention and management of the complications of augmentation rhinoplasty with silicone

Objective To reduce the complications of augmentation rhinoplasty with silicons and improve the effect of rhinoplasty. Methods The causative reasons of complications were analyzed and the preventive measures and precautions were presented. Results Among 628 cases who underwent the operation, except for prt swelling after the operation, there were only 16 cases with the complication of partial hematoma, 16 cases with silicone deflected, 4 cases with margin or peak of silicone curled, 2 cases with un- natural excretion, and there were no silicone revealed or infected happen. Conclusion For reducing the complications, it was important for the operators according to the different deformity cases to determine the trimmed location, choose the suitable incision, dissect carefully the nasal dorsum fascia and carve the silicon.
