血液透析患者巨细胞病毒感染的分析

研究血液透析患者巨细胞病毒（CMV）流行感染情况。在70例尿毒症血透患者中，采用酶联免疫法（ELISA）测定血清抗巨细胞病毒抗体。发现抗CMV—IgM阳性27例，抗CMV—IgG阳性56例，总阳性率85．7％；输血组的CMV感染率为91．9％，非输组的感染率为78．8％；透析时间越长，感染率越高。血液透析患者的CMV感染具有特殊性，输血为CMV传染的主要途径，但随透析时间延长，存在透析装置等其它传播途径。

THE ANALYSIS OF CYTOMEGALOVIRUS INFECTION IN THE HEMODIALYZED PATIENT

The epidemic and infectious state of cytomegalovirus (CMV ) in hemodialyzed patients were to be researched. The anti-cytomegalovirus antibody in sera was determinated by ELISA in 70 uremic hemodialyzed patients. It was showed that there were 27 positive cases wit h anti-CMV-IgM antibodies and 56 positive cases with anti-CMV-IgG antibodies,the total positive rate was 85. 7%;The infectious of rate of CMV in the bloodtransfusion group was 91. 9 %,and that in non-blood-transfusion group was 78. 8%; The more hemodialysis time taken,the higher the inffection rate was. The CMV infection in hemodialyzed patients was specificity. Blood-transfustion was the major way in CMV infection, bur there were other spread ways such as dialysis apparatus,while dialysis time delayed.
