| 摘 要： | 血管内皮生长因子 (VEGF)基因在预防冠心病介入治疗 (PCI)术后再狭窄方面已经展现出良好的应用前景。本文就VEGF基因在预防PCI术后再狭窄中的机制、载体的选择、导入途径、实验及临床研究进展、存在的问题等作一综述。
