| 摘 要： | 目的探讨老年2型糖尿病(T2DM)并发抑郁症患者综合疗养康复治疗效果。方法96例老年T2DM并发抑郁症患者随机分为综合疗养康复组(A组)48例和一般疗养组(B组)48例,A组给予药物治疗和综合疗养康复治疗(包括饮食、运动、心理、高压氧、针灸、自然因子疗法等),B组给予药物及一般疗养措施。结果治疗后与治疗前比较,A组患者经ZUNG氏抑郁自评量表(SDS)及汉密顿抑郁量表(HAMD)检测均有显著改善(P<0.05);B组患者检测指标无明显改善(P>0.05)。A组疗效明显高于B组。A组BMI、SBP、DBP及FBG、2hPBG、HbAlc、TC、TG、LDL-c及HDL-c与治疗前比较,除TC外均有显著改善(P<0.05或<0.01);B组患者经一般疗养治疗后,与治疗前比较,SBP、DBP有显著改善(P<0.05),其余各项指标无明显改善(P>0.05)。结论综合疗养康复能明显提高老年2型糖尿病并发抑郁症患者的治疗效果。
