双胎妊娠合并贫血对妊娠结局的影响

目的 :探讨双胎妊娠合并贫血对妊娠结局的影响。方法:将 4 7例双胎妊娠分为两组 ,贫血组 2 1例 ,对照组 2 6例 ,对两组病例妊高征、胎膜早破、早产发生率与孕妇平均年龄、新生儿平均出生体重、新生儿 Apgar评分分别进行比较分析。结果 :贫血组妊高征、胎膜早破、早产发生率显著高于对照组 (P <0 .0 1) ,贫血组新生儿 Ap-gar评分 1min及 5 m in评分均显著低于对照组 (P <0 .0 5 ) ;贫血的严重程度与新生儿平均出生体重、新生儿 Ap-gar评分 1m in及 5 m in评分呈负相关 (P <0 .0 1)。结论 :双胎妊娠合并贫血时 ,易发生妊高征、胎膜早破、早产及低体重儿 ,对孕期及围产儿具有不良影响 ,贫血程度加重时 ,对围产儿的危害增加。

The effect of twin pregnancy complicated anemia on pregnancy outcome

Objective: To determine the effect of twin pregnancy complicated anemia on pregnancy outcome. Methods: 47 twin pregnancies were distributed to the anemia group with 21 gravidas and the control group with 26 gravidas. The incidence of pregnancy induced hypertension syndrome, prenature rupture of membranes, prematare birth, the numbers of pregnancy and birth, morthers' race and average age, average neonatal birth weight and Apgar score were analyzed in these two groups respectively. Results: The incidence of pregnancy induced hypertension syndrome, premature rupture of membranes, premature birth in the anemia group were significantly higher than those in the control group (P<0.01). The one minute or five minutes Apgar Score in the anemia group was significantly lower than that in the control group respectively (P<0.05). The degree of anemia was negativly associated with average neonatal birth weight and Apgar score (P<0.01). Conclusions: When twin pregnancy complicated with anemia, the incidence of pregnancy induced hypertension syndrome, premature rupture of membranes, premature birth, lower neonatal birth weight are time high and the severe anemia is associated with greater risks for both morthers and fetuses.
