| 摘 要： | 目的探讨护士规范化护理在神经内科患者医院感染预防控制中的作用。方法 从2012年1月起在神经内科开展规范化护理，将2012年1月～12月患者473例合并医院感染78例作为研究组，将开展规范化护理前一年的患者348例及合并感染67例做为对照组，分析两组感染部位及感染率的变化。结果研究组医院感染率下降与对照组比较有统计学差异；结论开展规范化护理服务对医院感染的预防控制有明显作用。

| Abstract: | Objective To i the effect of standardizing prevention and control th nvestagate nursing in e hospital infection in the neurology department. Methods We carried out standardizing nursing between January 2012 andDecember 2012 in the neurology department and selected all of 473 patients,taken the 78 examples with hospital infects to the study team,selected 348 patients between January 2011 and December 2011 without standardizing nursing, taken the 67 examples with hospital infects to the control group,then,analyzed the change of infection sites and infection rate in two groups.Results The study team had statistics difference with the control group in hospital infection rate.Conclusion To development standardizing nursing service have obvious effects in prevention and control the hospital infection. |
