超声引导介入治疗艾滋病并发盆腔脓肿的临床价值

目的探讨艾滋病合并盆腔脓肿在超声引导下介入治疗的临床疗效。方法对艾滋病合并盆腔脓肿的11例患者14个脓肿病灶行经腹或阴道超声引导下穿刺抽脓、冲洗脓腔并留置抗生素治疗。其中1例行脓肿置管治疗，2例为多发病灶。2例1周后进行第2次穿刺抽脓，均成功抽出脓液，并行抗生素留置治疗。治疗后行超声随访。结果11例患者全部临床治愈，I临床治愈率100％。治疗过程中无明确并发症发生。未发生医护人员暴露感染。结论超声引导下介入治疗艾滋病合并盆腔脓肿是一种安全、有效的治疗方式。

Clinical application value of interventional ultrasound treatment technology in AIDS patients with pelvic abscess

Objective To investigate the efficiency of interventional therapy guided by ultrasound in patients of AIDS with pelvic abscess. Methods 11 patients of AIDS with pelvic abscess were punctured and extracted pus guided by abdominal ultrasound or vaginal ultrasound,then flushed the abscess and indwelled antibiotic. One of them was catheter- ized for drainage. All of them were follow-up by ultrasound after therapy. Results 14 cases pelvic abscess of 11 AIDS pa- tients were punctured. One ease of patients was catheterized for drainage. 2 cases of patients with multiple lesions and 2 eases of patients were punctured again after 1 week. All of them were extracted pus successfully, while indwelled antibi- otic in pelvic abscess. 11 patients were cured. The clinical cure rate was 100%. There were no definite complication and health care exposed infection. Conclusion Interventional therapy guided by ultrasound is safe and effective for AIDS with pelvic abscess,
