复方利多卡因乳膏在银质针疗法治疗中的应用

目的 观察复方利多卡因乳膏在银质针疗法治疗中的安全性及有效性.方法 颈肩腰腿痛患者60例随机分为两组,常规治疗组和复方利多卡因乳膏组,每组30例.常规治疗组对每个治疗点银质针穿刺前行利多卡因皮丘注射;复方利多卡因乳膏组在穿刺前2h采用复方利多卡因乳膏局部外涂,然后行银质针穿刺治疗.在穿刺过程中采用VAS疼痛评分法进行评估,并记录治疗过程中的不良反应.结果 在银质针穿刺时,复方利多卡因乳膏组患者疼痛程度明显低于常规治疗组（P＜0.05）.结论 复方利多卡因乳膏局部用于银质针疗法穿刺前具有很好的镇痛作用.

Application of compound lidocaine cream in patients undergoing silver acupuncture therapy

Objective To observe the safety and efficacy of compound lidocaine cream in pa tients undergoing silver acupuncture therapy. Methods Sixty patients suffering from pain in neck, shoulder, waist or lower extremities were randomly divided into two groups, conventional therapy group and compound lidocaine cream group, 30 cases in each group. Lidocaine was injected intracutaneously in each puncture point in the conventional therapy group before silver acupuncture. Compound lidocaine cream was plastered externally over the same skin at two hours before acupuncture, and then silver acupuncture was performed in the compound lidocaine cream group. During the process of therapy, VAS and adverse effects were recorded. Results During the process of silver acupuncture therapy, VAS in the compound lidocaine cream group was significantly lower than that in the conventional therapy group （P〈0.05）. Conclusion Compound lidocaine cream has good analge- sic efficacy when it is plastered locally before the silver acupuncture therapy.
