应用组织多普勒Tei指数评价甲状腺机能亢进患者的右室功能

目的:应用组织多普勒Tei指数评价甲状腺机能亢进(甲亢)患者右室舒张及收缩功能。方法:对确诊为甲亢的40名患者及30名健康志愿者分别行常规超声心动图检查,记录相关右心构型指标,并应用组织多普勒技术检测两组的右室Tei指数,将所得指标进行统计学分析。结果:甲亢组右室Tei指数显著高于正常对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:组织多普勒超声Tei指数能够简便、可靠、敏感地评价甲亢患者右室功能,为临床早期诊断及干预提供依据。

Tissue Doppler Tei index evaluation on right ventricular function in patients with hyperthyroidism

Objective To investigate the evaluative role of tissue Doppler imaging （TDI） on the fight ventricular function by Tei in- dex. Method To give 40 patients diagnosed as hyperthyroidism and 30 healthy volunteers routine echocardiography, and record conforma- tional indexes of fight heart,then to measure their Tei index by TDI and analysis them by statistics. Results The Tei index of the hyperthy- roidism had increased compared with the control group significantly. The different was statistically significant（ P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion The Tei index of fight ventrictdar acquired by TDI is simple, reliably, sensitively,and it provides evidence for early diagnosis and treatment.
