不同剂量辛伐他汀对心绞痛患者干预作用的临床观察

目的探讨不同剂量辛伐他汀对心绞痛患者的疗效。方法本研究入选96例心绞痛患者,随机分为3组:对照组30例,给予硝酸酯类药物、低分子肝素、阿司匹林等常规治疗;辛伐他汀A组33例,在常规治疗基础上加用辛伐他汀20mg/d;辛伐他汀B组33例,给予辛伐他汀40mg/d;连续用药8周。分别于入院时及8周末测定血脂及血清C反应蛋白(CRP)。结果对照组治疗前后血脂水平差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。辛伐他汀A、B组治疗前后有显著差异(P<0.05),B组与A组比较有显著差异(P<0.05)。结论辛伐他汀通过全面调脂,减轻炎性反应,使心绞痛患者受益。

Clinical Observation of the Therapeutic Effect of Different Dose Simvastatin on Patients with Angina

Objective To explore the theraputic effect of different dose simvastatin on patients with angina. Methods Ninety six patients with angina selected were randomly divided into 3 groups ; Control group （ n = 30 ） treated with Nitrate, Low Molecular Heparin ,Aspirin etc ; Simvastatin A group （ n = 33 ） added with simvas- tatin 20 mg/d on the bases of common treatment mentioned above ; Simvastatin B group （ n = 33 ） with Simvastatin 40 mg/d;All groups were observed for 8 weeks. The serum levels of lipid and C-reactive protein （CRP） were measured before treated and after 8 weeks respectively. Results The blood lipid levels of the control group were not different statistically before and after treated （ P 〉 0. 05 ）. The difference between the results of Simvastatin A and B groups before and after treated were significant （ P 〈 0. 05 ）, and （ P 〈 0. 05 ）. The difference between the results of simvastatin A and B groups after treated was also significant. Conclusion Simvastatin is beneficial to patients with angina by modulating lipids and attenuating inflammation.
