支气管肺泡灌洗液CD4／CD8比率在三种肺门淋巴结肿大疾病中的差异

为探讨支气管肺泡灌洗液（ＢＡＬＦ）中ＣＤ４／ＣＤ８比率在非何杰金氏病、结节病、结核病三种疾病之间是否有差异，对经病理活检证实的７例非何杰金氏病和６例结节病；经痰菌检查证实的７例结核病和９例健康者进行了运气了管肺泡灌洗，并对ＢＡＬＦ中的ＣＤ４＾＋和ＣＤ８＾＋细胞进行了分析测定。结果显示：ＢＡＬＦ中ＣＤ４／ＣＤ８比率在非何杰金氏病组中不但显著低于正常对照组，而且显著低于结节病组和结核病组（Ｐ均〈０．０

BALF CD 4/CD 8 RATIO IN 3 TYPES OF BMHL

This study investigated the differences of BALF CD 4/CD 8 ratio in 3 types of BALF.Both CD 4 + cells and CD 8 + cells of BMHL obtained from 3 groups of nonsmoker patients with tuberculosis ( n =7) proven by positive culture,non Hodgkin's disease ( n =7) and sarcoidosis ( n =6),both histologically verified,and a control group of 9 healthy nonsmokers were determined Results:In the sarcoidosis patients the BALF CD 4/CD 8 ratios were not only significantly higher than those of the control group but also significantly higher than those of non Hodgkin's disaese and tuberculosis patients (all P <0 01);in the non Hodgkin's disease patients the BALF CD 4/CD 8 ratios were not only significantly lower than those of the control group,but also significantly lower than those of the tuberculosis patients (all P <0 01);in the tuberculosis patients the CD 4/CD 8 ratios were within the normal range Conclusions:Anylasis of BALF CD 4/CD 8 ratio may help in distinguishing sarcoidosis,non Hodgkin's disease,and tuberculosis with BMHL
