Abstract:Objective:To study the growth characteristics and the potency of osteogenic and adipogenic differentiation of human chorion-derived mesenchymal stem cells(hCDMS) in vitro,to validate whether hCDMS could be used in tissue engineering.Methods: The hCDMSC were isolated from placental basal deciduas by collagens and trypsinase digestion methods.After serial sub cultivation in vitro,the stem cells were introduced.Morphologic appearance of hCDMS was observed and the proliferation rate was measured by MTT assay.Th...
