| 摘 要： | 裴学义老中医从事中医临床工作60余年,尤善儿科疾病治疗,尤其在小儿肾病的中医治疗方面有其独特的疗效。他依据小儿脏腑、阴阳、气血虚损特点,提出其病位主要责于肺脾肾三脏,治疗上宜病证相合。根据小儿肾病发生发展的证治规律,制订出了不同时期的治疗方案。初期以祛邪为主,病邪侧重于湿与热;恢复期以扶正为主,注重固护脾肾。临床上将小儿肾病分为水肿期、蛋白尿期、恢复期,分别采用了宣肺健脾利水,清热祛湿、健脾补肾,滋阴固护下焦的治疗方法。
