| 摘 要： | 目的 :探讨脑梗死患者与血浆内皮素水平的相关性。方法 :应用放免测定法测定 6 8例患者和 5 3例正常对照组血浆中内皮素的水平。结果 :脑梗死患者血浆中的内皮素水平明显高于正常对照组 (P <0 .0 1)。结论 :血浆内皮素水平与脑梗死的发生密切相关

| Abstract: | Objective: To investigate the correlation between cerebral infarction and the level of endothelin in the plasma. Methods: The levels of endothelin in the plasma of 68 patients and 53 normal controls were tested by ELISA. Results:The levels of endothelin in the plasma of 68 patients were significantly higher than those in 53 normal controls. Conclusion:These findings suggest that the high levels of endothelin in the plasma play a certain role in the happen of cerebral infarction. |
