浅谈基层医院病理科现状与对策

在现代医学高速发展的今天,虽然对疾病的诊断手段日益增多,但是许多疾病的最后确诊还取决于病理学诊断。本文就目前基层(县、区)医院病理科(室)发展现状进行回顾与分析,提出基层医院病理科(室)存在的问题,根据目前国内医院病理科发展明显落后状态,阐述了病理科作为医院关键性科室,病理诊断作为权威性诊断,在今后需要迫切解决的问题及对策。

A brief discussion on the current situation of pathological department in grassroots'''' hospitals

Nowadays, along with the rapid development in medical science, the disease diagnosis methods are increasing day by day, but the final diagnosis for many diseases still depends on pathological diagnosis. The article reviews and analyses the current situation of pathological department (section) in grassroots' (county and district) hospitals, it points out the problems in pathological department (section) in grassroots' hospitals, aiming at the backward situation in pathological department in China, it exposes that pathological department is a key department in a hospital and pathological diagnosis is authentic diagnosis as well as the problems that should be urgently resolved in the future and the policies towards it.
