| 摘 要： | 用肺心煎为基础方,按照辨证分型加味治疗慢性肺源性心脏病急发期60例,总有效率为95%,疗效满意。从中体会到痰留瘀阻是肺心病急发期的关键病机,在肯定化痰祛瘀是其主要治法的同时,认识到化痰应清源截流,祛瘀能推陈出新,改善微循环,通腑则邪去正安。

| Abstract: | In 60 cases of PHD.Feixinjian(Decoction for PHD)was used as the basic prescrip-tion and was modified according to the TCM differentiation.The total effective rate was 95%.The result indicated that.phlegm retention and blood stasis was the main pathogenesis in the acute attack ofPHD.The method of resolving phlegm with removing blood stasis was considered as the main therapy.Moreover,resolving phlegm was used to clear the source and block the production of phlegm,while re-moving blood stasis had the effect of weeding through the old to bring forth the new,i.e.promoting themicrocirculation,eliminating the evil-factors and casing Fu organs. |
