| 摘 要： | 趋化因子受体3是CXC趋化因子亚家族的受体之一,存在于活化的T细胞表面,在T细胞向炎症部位募集过程中起关键作用.目前认为它可能在慢性阻塞性肺疾病的炎症过程中发挥功能,本文就趋化因子受体3与慢性阻塞性肺疾病的关系进行综述.

| Abstract: | CXCR3 is one of the receptors of CXC chemokine subfamily, preferentially expressed on the surface of activated T lymphocytes,play an important role in the recruitment of T lymphocytes to sites of inflammation. More recently, it is thought that CXCR3 may function in the inflammatory process of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease, this article reviewed the relationship between CXCR3 and chronic obstructive pulmonary disease. |
