红花黄色素对早期糖尿病肾病患者hs-CRP、IL-8的影响

摘    要:目的:探讨红花黄色素(soor yellow,SY)对早期糖尿病肾病(diabetic nephropathy,DN)患者血清细胞因子的影响。方法:将60例早期DN患者随机分为对照组(30例)和治疗组(30例),对照组采用常规西医基础治疗,治疗组在此基础上加用SY。采用酶联免疫吸附法(ELISA)测定两组患者治疗前及治疗30d后血清白细胞介素-8(Interleukin-8,IL-8)、高敏CRP(high sensitive CRP,hs-CRP)表达水平,并检测治疗前、后空腹血糖(fasting blood glucose,FBG)和尿微量白蛋白排泄率(urinary albumin excretion rate,UAER)水平。结果:治疗30d后,对照组和治疗组患者血清FBG水平与治疗前血清FBG水平比较下降,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01),但对照组治疗30d后IL-8、hs-CRP、UAER水平无明显降低,与治疗前比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗组使用SY治疗30d后与治疗前比较IL-8、hs-CRP、UAER水平均明显下降,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01),而且治疗组与对照组治疗后比较IL-8、hs-CRP、UAER明显下降,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论:红花黄色素可减低早期DN患者血清IL-8、hs-CRP的表达,抑制炎症反应,降低尿白蛋白,起到了对早期DN患者的肾脏保护作用。

Soflor Yellow on hs-CRP and IL-8 in Patients with Early Diabetic Nephropathy

Abstract:Objective:To investigate the effect of soflor yellow(SY)on inflammatory cytokines in patients with early diabetic nephropathy(DN).Methods:Sixty patients with early DNwere randomly assigned into the control group(n=30)treated by the conventional Western medicine treatment and the treated group(n=30)treated by SY combined with the conventional Western medicine treatment.Serum High sensitive CRP(CRP)and interleukin-8(IL-8)were determined with ELISA before and after treatment,and fasting blood glucose(FBG)and urinary albumin excretion rate(UAER)were examined as well.Results:The FBG of the control group were lower in both groups after treatment than those before treatment(P<0.01).After treatment,the levels of IL-8、hs-CRP、UAER in the control group were not noticeably reduced than those before treatment(P>0.05),the levels of IL-8、hs-CRP、UAER in the treated group were more noticeably reduced than those before treatment(P<0.01)and those in the control group after treatment(P<0.01).Conclusion:SY could retard the development of early DN by decreasing concentration of serum IL-8 and hs-CRP,inhibiting inflammatory reaction and regulating the production of urinary albumin.
