摘    要:目的:研究ZnCl2及Zn EDTA对银屑病小鼠模型阴道上皮的有丝分裂作用。方法:使用昆明种雌性小鼠建立小鼠阴道上皮有丝分裂模型。将小鼠模型随机分为阴性对照组、阳性对照组,ZnCl2低、中、高剂量组、Zn EDTA低、中、高剂量组。分别给药10?d。最后1次给药1?h后,腹腔注射秋水仙碱,脱颈椎处死小鼠。光学显微镜下观察细胞有丝分裂。结果:ZnCl2及Zn EDTA的各剂量组均可显著抑制小鼠阴道上皮的有丝分裂(P<0.05),不同剂量的ZnCl2组间及Zn EDTA组间与阳性对照组间差异无统计学意义。结论:ZnCl2及Zn EDTA对小鼠模型阴道上皮有丝分裂的作用可能与抑制表皮增殖有关。

Abstract:Objective:To study the effect of Zinc and Zinc-EDTA in inhibiting psoriasis.Methods: Kunming mice of mitotic division model of vaginal epitheliums were randomly divided into eight groups: negative control,positive control,low,middle and high dosage of ZnCl_2,and low,middle and high dosage of Zn-EDTA,and then they were mornitored following ten days consecutive intragastrically administration of saline,Methotrexate,ZnCl_2 and Zn-EDTA.And one hour after last administration,mice were administered colchicines by intraperitoneal injection and sacrificed by taking the cervical vertebrae off.The vaginal mitotic division was observed under light microscope.Results: ZnCl_2 or Zn-EDTA of different dosages could obviously inhibit the mitosis of vaginal epithelial cells(P<0.05).No statistically significant was found between ZnCl_2 or Zn-EDTA and positive control group.Conclusion: ZnCl_2 or Zn-EDTA may inhibit the proliferation of epidermic cells in psoriasis animal model.
