抗栓号对不稳定型心绞痛炎症反应的临床研究

目的:观察抗栓号治疗不稳定型心绞痛炎症反应(UA)的临床疗效,探讨IL-6在UA发生、发展中的作用,以及抗栓号对UA患者IL-6的影响。方法:50例UA患者随机分成治疗组25例(抗栓号+化学药基础治疗)及对照组25例(化学药基础治疗),对照观察治疗4周后的临床疗效以及治疗前后IL-6水平的变化。结果:治疗4周后,治疗组的临床疗效总有效率为84%,对照组为64%,两者有显著性差异(P<0.05);治疗组治疗后IL-6测定值显著低于治疗前水平(P<0.05),对照组治疗前后IL-6无显著性差异(P=0.067)。结论:炎症反应物在UA发生及发展过程中起着重要的作用,抗栓号治疗UA具有良好的临床疗效,其减轻炎症反应的作用对预防急性冠状动脉综合征(ACS)的发生和发展有极其重要的临床意义。

Clinical Observation of Kangshuanhao for Inflammatory Reaction in Patients with Unstable Angina Pectoris

OBJECTIVE: To explore the clinical outcome of kangshuanhao in the treatment of unstable angina pectoris and to discuss the action of IL-6 in the occurrence and development of unstable angina pectoris and the effect of kangshuanhao on IL-6.METHODS: A total of 50 patients with unstable angina pectoris were enrolled,25 were randomly assigned to receive basic treatment plus kangshuanhao,and another 25 in the control group to receive basic treatment alone.The clinical effects of two groups and change of IL-6 level before and after treatment was observed and compared.RESULTS: After 4-week treatment,the total effective rates of the trial group and the control group were 84% and 64%,respectively,and there were significant differences between the two groups(P<0.05).The level of IL-6 lowered in the trial group after treatment as compared with before treatment(P<0.05),while there was no significant difference in IL-6 level before and after treatment in the control group(P=0.067).CONCLUSION: IL-6 plays an important role in the occurrence and development of UA.Kangshuanhao has satisfactory effect on UA,its action in relieving inflammatory reaction is of great clinical significance in the prevention of the occurrence and development of acute coronary syndrome(ACS).
